Please be advised that there was a platform outage for the manual upload of data, which has now been resolved. We are investigating the root cause and have a CAPA underway.
This incident affected the manual upload of data for some customers from Friday 23 February until Monday 26 February, when we deployed a fix to resolve the issue.
We understand the impact this incident may have had on your operations, and our incident management team worked to address the issue swiftly.
Customers who reported this incident are being advised to retry the upload but please contact our support team or support@controlant.com if you experience any difficulties with the manual upload of data.
