Update

Controlant has determined that this is a localized issue; if there is any impact on customers, it will be restricted to customers in particular locations, predominantly Iceland.

Investigating

Please be advised that Controlant’s connectivity provider, Vodafone, notified us (13:28, 14 March 2024) of an unexpected IP address exhaustion for our Saga Loggers. This may lead to disruption of customer services such as automated product release.

For any sites experiencing this issue, we recommend manual upload as a temporary workaround. However, we are working closely with Vodafone, who is likewise treating this as a high priority issue, and we hope and expect it will be resolved quickly.
